Each Year the Shawano Rotary Club gives out an Emereth Bruner Scholarship and two Youth Rotary Scholarships to deserving Shawano County youths attending College.
On Monday We fulfilled our annual goal of delivering the Emereth Brunner Scholarship and two Youth Rotary Scholarships to deserving Shawano County High School students. Alysia Pillsbury, the head of our Scholarship committee delivered Scholarships to Alyssa Strassburg, Douglas Marquette and Emma Etten. The Emereth Brunner Scholarship is in honor of our great Shawano Rotarian who was a leader in agriculture and leadership. The youth Rotary scholarships are given to two students who had visited our club as Juniors. Our scholarships are fully funded by our popcorn wagon proceeds which you can find each Sunday at the Shawano Flea Market. Congratulations to all Recipients!!!!
